Before establishing Olife, Petr Zaluda was the CEO of Ceske drahy (Czech Railways) from 2008 to
2013. He started his professional career in the Dutch advisory company Stork Demtec. In the years
that followed he acted as Branch Office Manager for Ernst & Young and in 1998 became CEO and
Chairman of the Board of Management for the Winterthur Pension Fund. Later he led the whole
Winterthur group in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. In 2007 he was appointed to the role of
Country CEO of AXA for the Czech and Slovak Republics.
Before starting in Olife Corporation, a.s. Andrea worked for more than 10 years in the company
Audit s.r.o. in the Risk Services Department as a manager responsible for the area of the internal
audit, audit of projects financed from the public funds and risk assessment projects. She
on several external quality assessments of the internal audit departments. She cooperated with the

After graduated from the Faculty of Law in Masaryk University of Brno in 2007, he subsequently passed rigorous state exams focused on European Law at Law Faculty of Prague's Charles University in 2010 and obtained his doctoral degree (JUDr.). He began his career as an attorney at law registered in the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association in one of the leading Czech law firms. During his career he was specialised in corporate law and legal advice in litigation and arbitration. From 2012 he was working as corporate lawyer in O2 Czech Republic taking care of issues related to the business of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Miroslav started his marketing career in Procter and Gamble in 1994. Following that he worked both in the Czech Republic and in the UK in a number of senior Marketing and Sales Management positions for major companies including SSL International, and Boots Healthcare International, where he was the Sales and Marketing Manager for both the Czech and Slovak Republics. He was then appointed to the role of Marketing Director for the Czech and Slovak Republics for AXA pojistovna & penzijni fond before becoming Deputy Chief Executive and a Member of the Board of Directors of Ceske drahy (Czech Railways) in 2008.
Josef is a Global Sales Manager. He started in Banking. He worked for Citibank, VÚB Czech Republic as a Country Risk Manager. He specialized at SME and Corporate clients lending including project financing. Later Josef moved to consulting where he was responsible for Business development within financial sector. He worked as a Manager at Deloitte and PwC. Josef was working on the projects for domestic and international clients. Josef studied at Technical University in Ostrava and at Northwest Missouri State University in the U.S.A
